James Antwi-Adjei is a Banker and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Credit Management with over 15 years working experience in Banking and Non-Bank Financial Institutions both in Ghana and Europe. He is also a Business Development professional and Management Consultant with extensive experience in Credit Management, Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management and Customer Service. He also has a background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and a member of Ghana Association of Electrical Contractors. He is multilingual and speaks English, French and German.

Dr. Ellen Konadu Antwi – Adjei is an optometrist by profession and has been in this profession since she graduated from KNUST in 2008 as a First Class Student. With hard work and perseverance she has worked through the ranks as Intern Optometrist to the Senior Optometrist and now the CEO of Optical Express Eye Centre Ltd which can boast of two branches in Ghana; Accra and Kumasi.
As the CEO her responsibilities includes but not limited to engaging in the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various eye health programs providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members,
- Implementation of the company’s strategy in the various regions.
- Assist in identification and development of eye health strategies.
- Management and maintenance of existing patient relationships and development of new ones.
- Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing.
- Responsible for proposal writing and ability to trap value chain opportunities from corporate institutions.
- Efficient management of the company’s assets
- Ensuring that the branches in the regions contribute immensely to the company’s profitability.
She is a holder of Masters in Public Health (Vision Science Option) from the University of Cape Town South Africa and a proud beneficiary of Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust Scholarship.
With her passion to impact knowledge acquired, Ellen took up a lecturing role at KNUST, Optometry department in 2018 where she lectures and train new Optometrists. As a Lecturer, she is a member of the women in STEM. Teaching and training young girls to have interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Providing professional coaching and mentoring to budding female scientists.
Personal development as her major trait, she is currently pursuing a PHD program in Vision Science at University of Alabama, USA.
She is also a Non-Executive Director of Super Steps Group Ltd, assisting in the development, implementation and the organisations corporate strategy to remain relevant in current competitive business terrain locally and internationally.

Ralph Sarpong is a certified Insurer who holds an Advance Diploma (DCII) from the Chartered Institute of Insurers(UK).
He has over 10 years of Claims and Custumer Service Experience in the Insurance industry.
Ralph is also the founder and president of Purpose by Design Network which reaches out to youth accross tertiary institutions and helps in the discovery and persuance of their purpose.
Ralph is the Lead minister of Remnants Relay Gathering which is a convergence of young Christian endtime Remnants from different communities who are empowered to manifest the Holy Spirit and impact their society.
